Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for Return:
Products can only be returned if they are damaged upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Inspect Your Item:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. - Contact Us:
If you find any damage, please contact us within 24 hours at info@walltowalldecor.co.uk with your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence. - Return Authorisation:
We will review your claim. If your return is authorised, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us. - Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customised LED neon signs and DIY wall graphics that are not damaged are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Any items returned without prior authorisation or that do not meet the criteria above will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
